Went with friends for my birthday lunch. It was a sunny day so we wanted to sit outside. We wanted something light to eat as we were going out for Dinner in the evening. We ordered a sandwich and a pot of tea each. The bread was lovely and fresh we really enjoyed it and the staff were very friendly. It was very reasonable priced.

I have used Abigail's Tearoom most weeks for at least 10 years. Lovely atmosphere - a real find (a hidden gem). Individual with character (not just another chain). Good (English) food. A very nice setting which also has an outside patio with trees near the Abbey. I have always found the staff very friendly and they are an absolute delight to know. I would recommend Abigails to anyone.

Very nice stop off while walking around abbey , recommend the Welsh rarebit with poached eggs, lovely , will definitely make return visit
