I will never forget walking down the dirt lane and rounding the corner to see a small sign on a small building (Ice Cream). I looked inside. No one was around, but through the door on the other side of the room I saw stables with straw. Inside the door to the right was a small Ice Cream freezer with a small selection of ice creams. I had hollered "Hello?". But there was no answer so I continued to look at the ice creams for a short time when a lady came through the stables. I don't remember the flavor, but it was Wonderful...Dreamy...Creamy and Wonderful. You won't get that from the factory Ice Cram manufacturers.

Troy Town ice cream is simply the best I’ve ever tasted. I’ve tried ice cream from San Francisco to Sidney. This is the best!!

There's something rather special about this spot and what the Hicks family have created here. Thanks Laura and Sam for your hospitality and kindness to our little wannabe farmers. Bless you and bless Cilla's udders for that milk makes the best icecream we ever did taste!! ��������
