Visited late afternoon on a rather sunny summer day. Was expecting it to be packed with other tourists but was pleasantly surprised and easily found a table.
The new national menu has removed my regular choices, so opted for the southern fried chicken with chips and salad & coleslaw. I was pleasantly surprised, the salad was plentiful as were the chips, so for the price it was good value. Everything seemed prepared to my order, as looked and tasted fresh plus it took a little while to arrive. The only thing that was a bit of a letdown was the coleslaw, as it was mainly the grated veg but with just a tiny bit of watery mayo.
Would certainly give this one another try if in the area.
