Despite the bad reviews in my opinion the chain is great. I dont go often but when i do 9/10 theres no problem. Once i had to park up and they forgot about my order unfortunately but it was worth it as i got 2 free meal tickets to compensate the wait and another milkshake as i finished mine waiting lol. It is a good place to go.

Apart from the lack of a mirror in the men's toilet, there are no other complaints. And during my visit, it was clean and uncrowded, which is the exception rather than the rule in this type of places. I won't comment on the food because I only drank coffee, which was watery and was coffee in name only. 🙈
