Advised to go for samosa chaat by my flatmate. They have a nice offer, 5 Pounds for Samosa Chaat and tea.
It came after 1 minute , and it was SO BEAUTIFUL to look at !
Tea was great too , will definitely be back.
Can't give it a 5 because a deep cleaning would be a good idea.
Average service, no ambience but great food! Bang on Southall high street, this is a great place to have lunch or dinner after tiring chores at home or shopping when you can't be bothered to cook. The food is authentic punjabi and you feel like you are sitting in a dhaba on a highway in North India. Loved their masala tea, raita, paneer makahni, punjabi kadhi, and amazing stuffed tandoori parathas. I wish they renovated the place slightly and pay more attention to providing cleaner cutlery. But I can compromise on that for the food they serve. Warning: do not take your first date here!
A great place to have authentic punjabi food in Southhall. It's near Southhall train station. The moment you enter this place, you get a homely vibe. It feels like you are sitting somewhere in Delhi or Chandigarh. They have a detailed list of delicacies, samosas, potato vada, mirchi bhaji, chaat items, basically anything and everything which falls under Indian food!! For the main courses, they have all varieties of chicken curries, paneer sabzis, kofta curry. The taste is simply awesome, you will never miss india if you eat here. The rotis are homemade kind and really go along well with the curries. I had ordered a veg kofta, it was yummy and spicy. The guy at the counter is friendly, all your requests are gladfully handled. End the show with a kulfi or a jalebi. Go here if you are looking for a no-frills kind of food experience( read: when you are really hungry and nothing else can satisfy your hunger pangs except authentic punjabi food). Cheers!!
