Beautiful carvery really enjoyed the food and very tasty, the reason i give a 4 star is when arrived as a first time customer (last sunday) i stood in what seemed to be a queue for food and queue for drinks so chose the food queue expecting to pay on leaving as didn't know what to do as nobody guided me. After standing at a very long food queue and to get to the front to be told i need a ticket at the bar then to stand at a very long bar queue to get ticket to stand again in the large food queue to be served and no seating left so to eat outside and was raining. All in all i was there for 45 minutes before getting something to eat. Just a thought that staff could be there for arrivals to let people know how it works and to let customers know if theres any seating areas left.

Second time I have visited and it was absolutely delicious. Yorkshire puddings are perfect and generous portions of meat (there were 4 choices and mince and dumplings to choose from). All the food is red hot. It was very busy and I expected to wait but it wasnt that long and in my eyes that's a sign of somewhere that sells good food if it's that busy. All the staff are really friendly and homemade puddings are amazing too. Highly recommend it and will definitely be back xx

Had yet another lovely meal today. Had pea and ham soup for starter....was delicious..then had a bit of beef and slow roast gammon as the meats for my dinner....they were both melt in the mouth. Everything on the hot plates were cooked to perfection...the staff were brilliant with the 2 two "loud" year olds and a crazy 3 year old...absolutley loved it again �
