The customer service here was really good and friendly. And we didn’t wait for our food for long. We ordered the chicken wing and 4 side platter. The festivals here were hands down some of the best festivals I’ve ever had. The chicken wings were big, nice, crispy and clean but could have done with some herby sauces on the side! The jerk and cheese chips were underwhelming but other than that we were impressed and will be coming back soon!
Edit: came here for a second time and the food and service was still great. The chicken tenders were not so tender though and the strawberry daiquiri hardly tasted of any alcohol. The Mac and cheese is mediocre and could do with more seasonings
The experience was brilliant. The staff is pleasant and welcoming. If you visit regularly, they will give you discount. The food is much better compared to the old Nandos across the corridor. The size of chicken is big and the price are reasonable. It's fulfilling size meals are freshly made.

My recent visit to Jamaya to treat myself with the previously yummy experience of their Wings, turned out to be not as good as I did the first time.
The wings were not fresh and hard to chew, seemed like reheated leftovers from previous day or something. You can see from the pictures I posted from my first day of trying their wings and to the ones I tried recently. Not happy
Alas I won't be going back here again.
Jamayas, what can I say? The food, wow, so flavourful, the festivals... the best festivals I have ever had, hands down. When we go, we usually order the wings, festivals, fries and boneless tenders, the tenders can vary in size, one time we went and they were huge, the next they were tiny.
The jerk gravy is great but could do with getting a bit more, especially if ordering a large volume of food.
The service has always been great, staff are friendly and pleasant.
Wait times for food can vary but honestly it's not too long. Have never had to be waited to be seated which is a bonus.
Honestly cannot recommend Jamayas in Solihull enough, I'm yet to try the Colmore row venue but I've heard mixed reviews so I always visit the Solihull one.
