I recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming pub, and I can't sing its praises enough! From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff set the tone for a fantastic experience. The food was simply outstanding! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor, and the presentation was impeccable. What truly sets this establishment apart, though, is the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from recommendations on the menu to prompt and attentive service throughout our meal. Additionally, the fact that they offer accommodation makes this pub an ideal destination for travelers looking for a cozy place to stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a delicious meal and a few pints. Overall, I can't recommend this pub highly enough. Stayed for 1 night as we were attending a wedding just up the road. Staff were really friendly and gave us our keys early as we wouldn’t be getting back until very late. The room is very basic but we got what we paid for, we just needed a place to sleep. The pub had a car park and some pool tables inside to keep us occupied whilst we waited for our friends to arrive. The barmaid was very nice to chat to.
