Lovely surprise cafe on the A59 between Skipton & Clitheroe. A selection of homemade Punjabi specials and traditional English food. Great outdoor eating space and the service was spot on and friendly. Don't drive past you won't be disappointed.
I attended one of Teresa’s cookery classes on a Wednesday evening. Fantastic experience with many lessons learnt. This is a lovely cafe in a gorgeous part of the world. Breakfasts (according to fellow guests) are superb, with English and Punjab brekky's available. I’m going very soon! Teresa opens the restaurant on Fri & Sat evening and again, if the food's as good as we had, it’s on my list to attend soon! Lovely lady and a brilliant night. Well worth a visit!
What a perfect stop!! Have passed a couple of times before, but am so pleased to have visited - it's a real find, much nicer on closer inspection than the impression gained whizzing past on the A59.
We sat under the canopy at the front, overlooking the car park, which doesn't sound promising, but it was just lovely. It reminded me of a delightful taverna stop we once had on Milos, sitting in the sun, prettily decorated, and nicely spacious. There's also a pretty and quiet garden area at the back.
Very good menu, lots of options, great cakes, tasty and generous savouries. Huge pot of tea. All most satisfactory. Big thumbs up, do go and visit.
