Beautiful place, nicely decorated, staff warm and greeting, we hadn't booked, turned up for 6pm, and got placing, but wouldn't turn up later expecting to be seated.
Food was lovely and alcohol is served here along with wine and soft drinks, reasonably priced, the only downside of this restaurant is the toilets are upstairs, not good for disabled people, and also you pay at the bar on your way out, very efficient and little square chocolates as a Thank You, but again to get to this it is 2 steps down and there quite steep, but if your able to do stairs excellent....
Food was absolutely gorgeous and cooked to perfection, I had the lamb korma and the lamb was falling apart in my mouth 😋 highly recommended
We were looking to book at the Saffron a few doors down,it was closed. So glad it was! We came here,4 of us & we all agreed it was the best Indian food we’d ever experienced. From the starter to the mains. The service was second to none. We’re from Leicester & we have Indian cuisine on tap so we knew what was what in regards to first class food. Will definitely dine here again. Ignore any negative reviews regarding bad service etc. you will NOT be disappointed!!
