Had a meal here for the first time last night as part of a group of 10. We were seated downstairs, which suited us perfectly as we were the only customers in this section.
The food, service and prices were excellent, making for a great evening. You have to take your own alcohol and I believe corkage was only £2pp. Soft drinks are available for those who don't want alcohol. This resulted in a big saving and worked really well.
We'll definitely be visiting again in the future.
Visited whilst in Sittingbourne for the first time. I was questioning whether to go as the TripAdvisor reviews were mixed, whereas Google maps had good reviews. It happened to be the Banquet Night offer (any starter, main, side, rice or naan for £13.95) so decided to try the restaurant. The menu had lots of options. The food was so good, far better than many other Indian restaurants and I have tried MANY Indian/Bangladesh restaurants. Every dish was spot on and to my liking. The dishes were full of flavour. They weren't oily either The regular menu prices were good also. Dishes we tried were also chaat Puri, chicken chaat Puri, tarka daal, saag paneer, vegetable Bombay Flame (Naga), Chicken Tikka Blue Elephant On Parade, garlic naan, coconut rice and a side of phaal sauce. My favourite was the Phaal sauce, it was just right being very spicy and flavoursome. There was so much food we took leftovers back. I wish this restaurant was a local restaurant to me as I would be a regular! Service was very good and the staff really friendly. I can't recommend enough!
Always lovely food at a very reasonable price. Always very polite staff even when they are very busy.
They don't sell alcohol, soft drinks only but you can take your own alcoholic drinks.
