One my my favourite places to eat in Shrewsbury. The sweet chilli chicken wrap is the best also the eggs Benedict is a must try. Staff are always really helpful and cheery.
I came here with my bestie for brunch (I'll add, there's Buck's Fizz and bloody Mary's on the menu for those of you who want to be told that it's acceptable to drink in the am). It was a cute little place with it's counter and chalk boards, and those trendy salt and pepper wells you and strangers with unknown hand hygiene habits dip your fingers in that I wonder how often they swap them out for fresh stuff, but regardless...
He had coffee I don't remember the name of as I'm nit a coffee drinker, and I had a pot of earl grey, and we both plumped for eggs benedict, which was quite possibly the best traditional eggs benedict I've had not in the comfort of my own home. I rather enjoyed my brekkie here!
I can't believe this cute little cafe-bistro hasn't been rated yet.
Situated, as the name rightly applies, at #4 Butcher Row, this might very well become my lunch spot of choice If I lived anywhere near this historic central part of Shrewsbury.
Food was really really good. From the homemade fish finger sandwiches, to the pulled pork and caesar salads to the freshly squeezed lemonade....everything was delicious.
A bit pricey and service seemed a tad bit slow, but alas, its creative homestyle cooking with a contemporary twist is my kind of theme. Especially for lunch!
