Having moved to the area recently I was not looking forward to travelling to Chester just to get my regular hot box and was worried when I saw so many negative reviews. My experience, however, was excellent. In fact, I think it’s better than the Chester stores. Keep up the good work guys!

To be fair I’ve always liked the food but it went right down hill a friend told me it had a new manager so I thought y not. Very impressed the hot box was back to a fantastic standard thank god new blood has gone in and sorted it out bravo keep it up

went back today after last time it was horrible. well wot can i say me an the kids loved it the new staff are brill and friendly. the food was fresh full of flavour. ill defo be going back again. i went back again on 11th dec was lovely yet again keep it up 😁😁😁😉
