Lovely pub! Seated swiftly with no prior reservation and drinks orders taken. Good choice for a sunday menu explained with recommendations from our server. Food arrived in decent time and it was delicious. Will eat here again and recommend to our friends.

Walk in dinner guests with some stringent medical dietary requirements in the party. Couldn't have been more pleased with the interaction with bar staff and chef to ensure they could accommodate our needs and wow! they delivered beyond our expectations with one of the best menu adaptations with very tasty fresh food to the table. Good beverage choices so had a fabulous evening - thank you. ...

Very impressed with the food and service, my Steak was cooked just how I wanted it, massive chunky chips and a super dessert, we would recommend The George to anyone! Keep up the good work!
