A touristy cafe next to the Palace, so expect touristy price and crowd during peak season.
We visited during the morning and only tried their fish soup and iced latte, with the fish soup far exceeding expectations. It was not only substantial, but came with generous amount of seafood such as mussels, clams, shrimps and fish meat. Enough for two people to share.
The service was also warm and friendly, though you'll have to order at the counter.
Our only gripe was the bees flying around you, which may not be up for the restaurant to control, but would still disrupt the eating experience.
There are both indoor and outdoor seating, so it's up to you to decide. Not a bad place for a meal if there's no crowd, though we do not know how's the standard like with crowd.
