Excellent service! It was super easy and quick to order some cupcakes online as a birthday surprise for my friend. Beautiful and super delicious cupcakes, excellent packaging and presentation and quick delivery to my friend’s door. They even added customised edible toppers on top. The order was delivered on time 9:30 in the morning for my daughter's Birthday at the nursery.
It tasted amazing and they did exactly what i asked for (Frozen theme) .
The only bakery in Sheffield that i found which delivers in the early morning so that's a bonus 🥇🌟

Incredible cupcakes AND customer service!! I ordered cupcakes from Cupcake Time for a friend who was having a tough time. The order was fairly last-minute, but Jennie and Keith were very responsive and accommodating. I messed up a number on my friend’s address, so they initially weren’t able to deliver — however they called me, and my friend, and went back a second time at the end of the day to complete the delivery. I was so grateful, and the cupcakes were gorgeous! Highly recommend, and will absolutely be ordering from them again!
