Just had an amazing stay at the Fox House. The rooms were lovely and clean and the location was idyllic. We ate in the restaurant several times. Had a varied menu and every dish we ordered was tasty, well presented and overall excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.

We stopped for lunch at The Fox House on Thursday on our day trip around the Peak District. The pub had a really lovely decor, welcoming atmosphere and the staff were really friendly and helpful. More importantly the food was delicious. We both had the bacon chops and they were really succulent and don't get me started on the triple cooked chips (swoon). Definitely one to visit again next time we are in the area. Thank you.

Lovely views and building. Exceptionally busy. We sat outside so ordered at the bar as the signal wasn't great to order on their app so had to queue for a while but they were so busy we accepted the wait. Food was good considering. Could have had a couple more drinks but waited 20 minutes the first time so was deterred from more. All in all we enjoyed our visit and we'll be back.
