Very happy they had air conditioning on the sweltering Sunday we visited in September. Our first visit to this particular miller and carter. It wasn't overly busy but they had a lack of staff like most eateries these days. We were there 2 hours for 2 of us, the food came out slowly but it wasn't an issue as we didn't have anywhere else to be. The only main issue we had was that both the fillet steaks were medium well cooked yet asked for rare to medium. The lovely manager did offer a discount off the bill. The rest of the food was delicious. Plenty of parking free for restaurant visitors. Would recommend this venue if in the area.

It was our first time visiting a miller and carter and we were lucky enough to be looked after so well by Leigh, she had extensive knowledge of the menu and helped us with any question or request we had. We were made to feel so welcome and never felt rushed or forgotten. The steak was cooked to perfection and full of flavour. We will definitely be returning and hope we have Leigh again.

My husband and I came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We ordered calamari for starters which was pleasant but slightly lacked flavour so we added some black pepper for more flavour. For mains we had "The Butchers Block". The whole platter was absolutely delicious and very filling. It is very filling so come extra hungry if you want to enjoy it!
