We had a lovely evening meal at the Bamburgh Castle Inn last night and we managed to get a window seat which is always a bonus. As soon as you walk through the door it feels very warm and welcoming. I had a small portion of the steak and ale pie which never disappoints and it’s a very generous portion too. My husband had the chicken jalfrezi and it was a good sized portion and he said it was delicious, it’s one of the only times he has had a curry and said he could taste the spices in it without it burning his mouth to a degree where he couldn’t taste anything else! This has only just come on the menu and is well worth a try. All the staff are lovely, friendly and courteous. We always enjoy our visits to this place every time we visit Seahouses.

Lovely break, stayed in the annex still smelt new, one point the shelf below the hanging rail needs to be lower as clothes have no room to hang properly!!

Just got back from a five night stay in room 33, had an absolutely amazing time. All the staff were friendly,polite and welcoming a special Thank You to the young man who checked us in I left my purse on the bar and he brought it up to our room seconds later. Sunsets from the balcony were unforgettable with the sun going down behind the castle. We Will Be Back :)
