When I visited the store today, I was very impressed by the high levels of both infection control and cross contamination prevention shown by the staff on shift. The sandwich artist that served us was made aware of an allergy and ensured the sandwich she was making remained allergen free during the whole process, including doing extras such as recleaning the surfaces despite that we had just seen her wipe them down after the customer before us, ensuring she had the allergen friendly products weren't at risk of being contaminated etc, that I've not seen other subway staff do when we've visited other stores. Very impressed by this store and the lady who serves us today!
Ordered ahead in the app, when you get there press the "I'm here" on the app. You then get a notification where your food is ready. Went to get my daughter a Sub but she is Gluten Free and the assistant cleaned down the side before she made her sandwich, which stops cross contamination.
The staff in here were fantastic! So friendly , welcomed us as we came in.
