Interesting how a 'M'other sees fit to berate a community free event, who irresponsibly stayed in the bar drinking whilst her children, unsupervised, were outside carving pumpkins 🎃 with appropriate carving tools, albeit running wild. When asked by the Landlady to ensure and supervise her children's safety, she saw fit to ignore this request and continued to abided in copious amounts of alcohol and now sees fit to assume, 'nay' deems that the responsibility for her children's safety was that of the pub. This event was not an excuse for her to expect the pub to provide a creche. Observing what was happening outside and the neglect of this woman's (mother's) abandonment of her charges was nye on criminal. I would suggest that the author of the "Whinge" and inaccurate account of her failings, before attacking a goodwill community gesture. Take a long hard look at your intoxicated behaviour, as you lady were / are a parental disgrace.

As ever, great night out, at this 'proper' local pub. Great hosts, a good mix of locals, and a 'juke box' that plays what you want. Cheers.

A door jammed, and I got stuck in a room in my Airbnb across the road. It was 11pm, I rang the pub for help, and the lovely bar tender came across instantly to my rescue to barge open the door from the other side. An absolute angel and my hero for life ! Great service for someone who wasn't even a patron
