We were a little worried about our return to The Jade Fountain after our absence for over 26 years having moved away from Cambridge. Well, we needn't have. Having frequented the place for special occasions between the opening in '87 until our move in '91 we decided to celebrate a special occasion by going back. Not only did the restaurant have to live up to an excellent reputation from years gone by but we were also travelling quite some distance and would have been devastated if it had been bad. All I can say is that I was so impressed. Reputation in tact and a wonderful new look. Excellent Jade Fountain and thank you.

The food is great, staff very helpful and quick service. Would definitely recommend this Chinese.

Although I've moved to Norfolk I will still be a regular it's my favourite restaurant the food is better than it's ever been, and it was good before and the manager and staff are great
