Outstanding food, service and delivery, always piping hot, delivery is great, food is always lovely.
Amazing food, but don't expect it to arrive within an hour and a half. You'll maybe get your order in just under two hours, so if you want something quick this isn't for you. Ringing them to get an update on when the order will arrive doesn't really help as you typically get rushed off the phone without an answer. However, the food is definitely worth the wait (so long as they don't forget the drinks).
Edit to add: when we do have problems, such as missing items. They have always jumped to fix the problem. They're a little stingy with the salt and vinegar, so we always ask for extra.
Dropped in for some popcorn chicken and chips. Lovely meal, chips were really nice, not too greasy and the popcorn chicken was lovely too.
