I think some of these reviews are a bit unfair. It's a cheap, cheerful, friendly cafe with over worked under supported staff who work tirelessly with what they have available....which often, includes a lot of unforgiving customers. It's probably not likely to win any awards as cafes go, but it certainly works with what it has available
