The Star Inn is my favourite pub. I live in Warrington but I am a Salford lad and if I still lived on my old street the Star would be my local - I take the drive to have a pint there as often as I can!
I've said this before: if you were ever in doubt about the warmth of the people of Salford, visit the Star; you'll always find it there x

So many people come up to you and engage in conversation makes this a great little pub.

Got to say a big 'Thank You!' to Landlord Paul plus his fantastic hard working team who put so much effort into last night's Valentine Extravaganza. Must have been hours of hard work to provide a great hot and cold buffet: Raffle with good prizes, Decor, Karaoke and dancing. Plus D.J. Presentation. Kudos to Glynis,Pat, Zak and Melody for making it a great night! Cheers!
