Stayed here for the weekend, was bit scared after reading some reviews, but glad I did book,
Hotel seems old and dated, but corridor area are very neat and clean. Same as the reception area clean and tidy and with very friendly staff.
Room dated, but enough space and spotless. Not the comfiest mattres, but fresh and clean linen.
Had breakfast, perfectly cooked by the same lad that pour us a pint and checked us in the day before. And lot of help with directions from the Asian lady on check out.
Great experience, Will definitely come back.
Flew from Ireland over to see my sister who recently moved over to teach in Manchester. From the get go it was fantastic. My flight got delayed and I was worried I would miss check in but found out they have a 24 hour front desk. My room was brilliant for the price, comfy bed and a powerful shower. Location was excellent too, right at the border between Salford and the city of manchester. Bar service was excellent too, and very good Madri on tap. Overall a brilliant hotel for the price and will definitely come here again if I visit Manchester 👍
Pleasantly surprised. Picked this because it was one of the cheapest options available for a last minute booking. Budget hotel so you get what you pay for, but the bonus is, it comes with secure free parking and is only a short walk into town.
We had problems trying to book the room via the website which was a bit frustrating, but the staff are super friendly and we booked over the phone instead for the same price.
All the staff were very welcoming upon arrival. Bed was comfy so had good night sleep. Decent enough breakfast to set you up for the day. WiFi didn't work in our room but not a deal breaker for us, as we were mostly out and about.
