Fantastic pizza! I had the Napoli and it was cooked to perfection. All the toppings were super fresh, and the dough itself was incredibly tasty. We also picked up a garlic bread which had the same quality dough, and the garlic oil was perfect - just the right amount of garlic.
The owners are really friendly and great to chat to, and it’s really well priced for such a quality product. I can’t wait to go back and try something else from the menu, but with the same garlic bread!
I have never tasted pizza as good as this anywhere. The ingredients are top class. Theres nothing processed about it. All fresh and delicious. The couple that run this place are so nice and friendly. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else in Manchester for a pizza. Well worth a try.
We sampled 4 x dough project pizzas on Saturday night and were blown away by the quality.
Whilst picking them up, and interrogating the owners, It turned out they spent two months in Florence learning the art of pizza making.
That time was definitely time well spent!
