We come to the runhead quite a lot whether its for a drink or some food but we decided to have a surprise 60th for my mam all the staff knew to keep it a surprise and helped us with everything we needed it was so simple i cant thank then enough for all their help especially on the night they were just as excited as us. The buffet food we picked was excellent quality cannot fault it! All night i had people coming up and even the next day people were saying the buffet was a beautiful spread even today im sure people are still talking about the sandwiches and thoughout the night when we needed anything it was sorted straight away! Amazing service from an amazing team of staff who would bend over backwards for us so would deffo reccomend the runhead for a party as well as a simple drink or food never had a problem! Keep up the good work and thanks for a brill night!

I was recommended to try the Runhead by a neighbour and he certainly lived up to the expectations. The kid's play area is handy for the little ones. The friendly staff looks after you, even the manager (James?) really made an effort to ensure everything was ok and we had a right spot for our meal. The food is heaven on a plate and you can get two bottle of Brown Ales for £6.50 which is tremendous value. Thanks for the experience, we'll be back soon!

Had lunch here for the first time and can definitely say I will be back and would recommend. Food was probably one of the best pub lunches I have eaten. Staff were friendly, service was fast. Very clean and nice atmosphere. The children's play area which was a added bonus. Thumbs up �
