Such a welcoming place and they even found me my gym buddy! The cafe is brilliant and I recommend Karen’s cheese straws and sausage rolls, but be quick as they sell out almost as soon as they appear!

Having been a member of many gyms in London I have to say that this is the best! The staff are all fantastic, the classes are great, it’s never too crowded and the cafe is good too! It’s a lovely place to spend time in with loads of different activities and social events. It’s pretty special 😊

Staff friendly, pool, gym , cafe, sauna. Steam all clean and well maintained the changing rooms are nice too. The only thing that lets the place down is the showers, holes in the ceiling, missing tiles. empty body and shampoo wash in 4 showers I tried! Shame as rest of club seems very nice. Are they due an update? I hope so?
