Went to the Resaurant at Rugby branch and there was a short queue (probably as it was a Monday.) A relatively short while after I ordered a young lady (Olivia) came over and apologised as a mix up in the kitchen meant one meal had not been cooked. She gave us the option of having 3 meals immediately or all meals together - opted for all meals together. She provided free drinks while we waited. When the meals arrived she offered a refund due to the wait. When I went to the counter after we had finished, she again offered a refund. As all the meals were excellent, I declined the offer. I was then given free cakes. Well done Olivia - She could have said nothing and had 4 dissatisfied customers- instead it had made us want us to eat there again.

It's a really nice place, everything is tidy and well positioned so it's easy to find. The parking was good and close to the location. Cafe was great but expensive but its definitely worth a visit.

Arrived at almost closing time. We found what we were looking for. Really helpful friendly service from the staff, especially a lady called Michelle. Customer service as it should be. Thank you! We'll be back! ;o)
