Wouldn't ordinarily review a fast-food franchise. But having had food from this restaurant afew months back, I must say I was very impressed, and think they're deserving of a review, to reflect their vast improvement.
KFC can be extremely inconsistent restaurant-to-restaurant, but this is currently, without doubt, one of the best in the local area.
The food was delicious and yes I've been back since.

Drive through takes too long,
Chicken had slight hard / rubbery texture. Coating is always good though.
2nd fillet in rice Bix must have been the smallest in the store though

Best place to eat in rugby. They really improved with food quality and customer service. I would recommend everyone to visit and must try their zinger stacker burger and their promotion 20 hotwings bucket for £5.99. Hurry up befor the offer last…

The food is good, but not necessarily fast (as we waited for around 20 mins), atmosphere is a bit meh because its always full of teenagers. Also, in comparison to McDonalds, it's quite pricy (almost double).

Probably one of the best KFC around, when they have the staff this place is a well oiled machine. The chicken and krushems are as expected, the service isn’t confident but at least they can understand your order. P.s the chips need serious work and actually cooking ....

I had a fillet tower burger and bbq bites the other day, literally finger licking good! It was sooooooooooo delicious :)

Food is always lovely but they are very slow in serving, even on a quiet visit. They could do with some kind of screen with the serving numbers on in (like other fast food places) as they murmer the numbers and cause confusion. We were stood staring at our food whilst she continued making up many trays at a time. The bins also need emptying more often. There was no room in the bin or on top due to other people having to pile their rubbish.
