This is a local pub to us, and eaten here many times. Always delivers an excellent standard of food, whether it’s the carvery or a choice off the menu, all eaten in a relaxing ambience helped by a real fire, and candle lit tables. Always an enjoyable experience, and at a reasonable price.
Had the full spread burger for fathers day yesterday.Great atmosphere & the meal was cooked to perfection.Friendly staff & complimented the chef as the burger was outstanding.Well done spread eagle.Keep up the good work.

Fabulous family meal enjoyed on Sunday by 3 generations. Lovely, warm atmosphere and delicious food. Nothing was too much trouble for our waitress, Chloe. Very busy, but we were not rushed in any way. Thank you one and all.
