Love this place. They have a wide range of ice cream flavors, and lots of other sweet treats. Ranging from cakes, odd bakes, waffles and all between, done fresh or while you wait. The service is Ok, though I would say there is usually a wait even at the quietest times. It doesn't help that the young staff can at times be extremely ignorant. They seem to have more interest in their mobile phones than ensuring customers are served or happy. I have found on several occasions I had to request the attention of staff at times struggling to tear their attention away from their mobile devices. That said, I must reiterate that they have excellent quality products and wide varieties of yummy fresh treats. Unfortunately it's not wheelchair accessible though there is parking only seconds away at the side of the building. They open early and close really late, iv found as late as 1am at times. You can dine in here, it's a bright clean and welcoming environment, brilliant for kids and adults alike, or the adult with an active inner child. There is a public rest room available to customers, which is always clean and freshly scented. If you are in a rush you can ring,order and collect or get it delivered. This is one to try for sure. So is it a happy spot you need to stop or a sorry flop and sadly not. For me it's a definitive happy spot, you should definitely stop and sample a scoop.
