This has become my favourite café in Rochdale. Menu has a good mix of English and Asian food with plenty of vegetarian choices, oh and great coffee, all at very reasonable prices. Visited again yesterday and enjoyed two substantial lunch dishes, two slices of Orio cheesecake (sounds like it shouldn't work but it really does!) and four coffees all for £20. Aside from the food, the staff have always been welcoming and well, just nice people. Bearing in mind this is run as non-profit whilst also providing various community services, this is the kind of venture that deserves to be successful. I really can't recommend it enough. I'm even thinking of volunteering myself.
An innovative concept, this coffee shop is a quirky, chirpy place with a great selection of teas, coffees and other beverages and offers a wide choice of delicious snacks. Friendly staff and conveniently located near to Rochdale town centre, this place feels far more friendlier and inviting than the usual high street cafés.
