Wow- my first 5 star review! It must be new owners as it is now called the fish cottage. I tried to upload the menu, sorry for the window glare 😅 super friendly guys, obviously with passion for food as their homemade lemon ailoli is amazing!!! We also had Whitby scampi that were super fresh and haddock which batter was less greasy than in other fish n chips shops. Hence 5 stars and definitely the best fish n chips in the village!

Amazing fish, both cod and haddock were excellent - light batter not that horrible thick stuff and proper chips 😋😋😋highly recommended. Not cheap though £11 for regular fish and chips which was plenty (see below), £13 for large.

Fantastic fish and chips a stones throw from the beach. The curry sauce was the best I’ve ever had, slightly spicy but so yummy!
