1st time in 4 years using mcdonald's, yet again, items missing, can't not drive back to complain as its not worth my time to be honest.
Got a really dissapointed 7year old now, as he was well excited when I said I'd take him out before our day out, just to be shot down by your staff that just can not read on your orders!

Don't use McDonald's much and had not been in this one for years and wouldn't visit again.
Only way to descibe my food is
" it was like a tramps breakfast "
Seen another comment on here saying the food tasted " weird" and yeah it did taste weird.
Presentation was like it had been run over by a bus and then rummaged through by a homeless person .
Avoid.

It was insanely busy, we found a table then ordered at the machine and waited patiently for the food. I'm happy to report it was all piping hot and a pleasure to eat. Kudos to the staff for remaining calm under pressure.

Ordered 2 kids meals and waited a good 20 mins for my order. They are more interested in getting the delivery meals out quick. Must be at least 20 people working in there and only one person doing the in store orders. He looked like he was rushed of his feet, while the rest were going at snails pace

McDonald's is McDonald's by and large. The place was clean, tidy and we'll staffed, the food arrived quickly and was up to standard. One star is dropped because of the silliness of having to wait till 11 am to order a cheeseburger because it isn't considered a breakfast item 🙂

Ordered on app food was supposedly ready within 5 minutes of placing a big order. The chips were freezing before we had even pullled away got half way home and realised they forgot the box of twenty nuggets so had to go back and also noticed when we got home that the burgers weren't wrapped up properly for one had fallen out in the bag and the other had a hole in the wrapper leaving it exposed

Plenty of staff on, not very busy, but had wait 20 minutes or more for the order to be ready to collect. Was a similar experience the other day. I could probably pack the orders and hand them out quicker myself. Terrible maccies sort yourselves out. Drinks gone flat from waiting to long and them being sat on the side and hot drink was cold by time it arrived

The most disorganized McDonald's in Wales staff do as they want, managers dont care and are rude when challenged. 20 mins wait for 3 ice creams and a drink! Customers who came in after us received their orders before us

This McDonald restaurant is very dirty, when I was ordering a women by the chip cooker dropped some chips on the floor and just picked them up and put them in the chip cooker and I don't recommend going to this restaurant at night, as all of chairs are on top of the tables, which some one could easily hurt them selfs on and the male which is in charge at night, is very rude, when I asked where my order was, as I was the only one in there and I has been waiting 13 minutes for a burger. And the man in charge replyed ( it will be ready, when it's ready, f***ing h*ll ). And they didn't even fill my drink to the top, in fact it wasn't even half way !, will be going to trading standards. We're loving it, NOT !

This is a fairly typical branch of McDonalds. It's usually busy due to it's town centre location so there's more often than not a queue but that means the food is usually freshly prepared.
One drawback is the that there isn't much seating downstairs so if you want to eat in you often need to go upstairs, which isn't easy if you've got a pram.

As pp said, you know what you're getting with McDonalds. At this particular one the facilitites are good and the staff are usually approachable and always accommodating.

Just as any other McDonald you would find. Cheap, junk food usually at speed. McDonalds is situated on the high street and is therefore usually rather busy. There are 2 floors, upstairs having a separate area for kids parties on the right as you get to the top of the stairs. I have always found it to be clean and the staff - although rushed off their feet - friendly.

This McDonalds is on the main shopping area in Rhyl towncentre. The restaurant is on two floors, with disabled toilet facilities on this level. The restaurant is modern in design, and well laid out, the upstairs has a seperate party area, so anyone not at the party can still enjoy the upstairs area. The service is good, the staff are friendly and helpful, anyone who goes in with children, are given a ballon, which kids just love. In the summer Mcdonalds has seating outside the restaurant, as this part of the street is a pedistrianised area.

In a very good situated place. Very clean. Very Long que times though.
Decent food (as far as mcdonalds go). They seem to cook a lot of it fresh.
The tills are never full up with staff.

This place is normally always packed busy, the service is not the best, but you know what your getting with mcdonalds, other than the food being bad for you, but we all know that
i normally think the only good thing about fast food, is its FAST, but it never normally is at this place so your paying for slow food thats bad for you
it is still as a high standard as you would expect from mcdonalds

This McDonalds is in the main street not far from the Promenade. As like nearly every Macdonalds restaurant I have been in , it's spotlessly clean.It is over two floors with a kids party area upstairs. There is a disabled toilet downstairs and a baby changing area. The staff are always pleasant and of course the menu is the same whichever restaurant you visit. The staff are always very pleasant with little children giving balloons out etc and interacting with them which sometimes takes the pressure off busy mums who are frazzled from shopping. Checks are regularly done on the toilet areas too so you can always be sure they will be spotless
