Lovely food and little more pricey than some but huge portions. Great service and accurate time schedule which is a big thing in customer expectation. Never had a bad meal and works well to exact specification. Always been on time and correct xx

We havent had a take away for a while so decided to have a meal from Bamboo Takeaway as we have always had a great meal. We ordered our usual, lemon chicken, beef curry, chicken chowmein, boiled rice and chips. The order came in under half an hour and was piping hot. The prices had gone up a fair bit since the last time, it was just under £20. Unfortunately, no lemon chicken the bit I like the best. My husband put the food in the oven and I rang to tell them we were short of the lemon chicken. They apologised and said when a driver came back they would send it down. We did not want to keep the food hot as it would spoil so started on it, still no sign of the lemon chicken, I rang again I was assured it was on the way. By the time it came we had finished, as soon as he handed it over I knew it wasn't very hot. We opened it and it was warm. I the lady and said it's not hot, she said we have just done it. I said not to worry we had already finished. It was so sad, we havent had one for a while and we were disappointed, the first part of the meal was red hot and really nice but it was all spoilt by the fact the rest was missing and when it did come was cold. A very disjointed meal.
Always order from here, great food I especially love the salt and pepper chicken strips, it goes lovely with either chicken or egg fried rice, they also have mediocre delivery times which is to be expected as it’s a popular Chinese takeaway.
