Throughly impressed.
As there were no vegan options on the menu I was a little bit apprehensive and dubious as to what I would receive.
I was offered a choice of three meals that could be a starter or a main and a choice of two dessert. It is the best vegan meal I have had eating out. Huge compliments to the chef, thank you so much.
The Smoked Aubergine Tempura starter and the Chipotle Chickpea Chilli surpassed my expectations and was throughly enjoyed. I had some comments that my food looked the best!
Please consider adding these to your menu there are lots of local vegans that would love the opportunity to have a fine dining experience.
My only further comment is that I feel the chickpeas could have had a little more heat, to balance the flavours even better.

Sunday lunch for a 50th birthday was booked with a little apprehension. A set meal menu at £24.95 seemed quite cheap for 3 courses.
I felt that the food might not be up to scratch as this is even cheaper than some of the mass produced food you receive in chain like restaurants.
However, I was completely wrong from arrival to departure. The meet and greet was perfect and we were led to the garden where we looked through the extensive drinks menus and once ordered were served quickly. The garden is the perfect place to enjoy a drink and enjoy the summer sun.
Once our table was ready our drinks were collected and we moved inside to the lovely restaurant where we enjoyed our 3 courses which can only be described as perfect considering the price.
The service was 1st class and very professional.
We left 100% satisfied and will certainly be back to eat from the a la carte menu.

My wife took me out for a birthday meal. It was a busy Saturday night, but the bar staff and waiting staff remained attentive and polite. We had a little fun trying the varied cocktail list as well as the gin list ( of which I am a fan ). We opted for the 7 course tasting menu which was delicious! A perfect little journey of food which was very balanced and flowed delightfully. Dam that sorbet was amazing! I follow one of the chefs on Facebook ( the main reason we went to be honest ), and was really happy that he made time, despite it being so hectic, to pop out and say hello. He also added to our 7 courses with some extra special dishes, what a treat, brilliant. Must say Connor, those scallop pakoras are......the nuts!!! We would have been happy to eat a plate full of those with a few beers one afternoon. We ended the meal with a couple of tequila shots!. Thanks everyone for a great evening. We look forward to returning and following the growing career of the chefs! Good luck guys ��
