I am thrilled that they offer Gluten Free fish as not many chip shops do. I require this due to medical reasons so being GF is not a diet fad for me. To recently discover I can have their fish & chips is a big thing for me. I have had their GF fish before with no kproblems & looked forward to ordering it again. I Just phoned to order and the lady said they don't have any & it will be tomorrow if I want any GF fish. I am gutted (they have ordinary fish that I obviously cannot eat). As it is open for another 3 hours this evening, I am a little annoyed that there is either none left or the lady couldn't be bothered to make it. Sorry just a little disappointed as I have been looking forward to this meal all day. I have been pleased with the food so far, the fish is generous in size, cooked perfectly & fresh - their chips are also very good. I am only writing this review as I am hoping the owner sees this and will ensure there is enough GF batter for anyone that telephones with the request plus a huge thanks for him catering for those with special dietary needs. Fantastic food at a fair price, really quick service and the most glamorous staff I've ever seen in a chip shop. Real mushy peas, plenty of cheese and delicious curry sauce. We're on a 250 mile journey and it was well worth turning off the M6 to get tea at Noblett's.

Ordered a chip barm which cost me £2.40 which is good value once I got home I discovered this massive portion! Could easily feed two or maybe three people! Picture doesn’t do it justice there was loads of chips underneath!! Barm was toasted and nice and warm however a little to cooked for my liking! Never had a barm from a chippy/take away that’s been toasted before usually you get that in restaurants! So very pleased! The staff in this place are always so lovely and friendly and always greet you with a smile and always ask how my day has been or how I am ! Amazing place and amazing staff! Every credit to this place xx
