Another classic British institution that serves the British public to make them feel posher than they really are. Some stuff is quality, some of it naff. It's all a matter of taste and affordability. Personally I love to see the graffiti in the toilets of these so-called up-Market establishments. Get what you need and get out. Always shop around

Only went to collect something ordered online. Signage to the 'Click&Collect' desk was poor... Found it at the third time of looking - the sign was obscured by a wall at the exit of the escalator! Otherwise, the member of staff who helped me was really friendly, helpful and chatty so there was absolutely no issue there!

Staff were very polite and helpful, even though I didn't find the item I wanted they directed me to thier website and I can even collect from store

Good food hall in M and S good selection and sometimes the odd bargain

Cafe busy which is a good sign.. Tables cleaned as customers left.. Really enjoyed my cream tea.. The scones were still warm..
