5 stars all the way. Deliciously tastey. Prompt delivery. Excellent customer service. I even had a hand written message on my box with a smiley face and a free cookie which made my day. Can't recommend them enough.
I always love a good sub on anyday. They taste great and healthy to for my condition.
The two lads who served me at about 2:30pm on Sunday 23rd Sept couldn’t have been friendlier, they were so polite and chirpy and it really brightened my mood. I also noticed when I got home that they’d given me an extra cookie on my order, although I can’t say for sure if that was intentional. I didn’t get their names but I hope they may see this or that the management might be able to figure out who it was. It’s not common to get such genuine customer service these days, especially in fast food. Thank you! X
subway is my go to comfort meal whenever I'm stressed now, and I end up ordering from this store every time. perfect quick delivery with no errors and always tastes banging, and the little messages and free cookies make me smile every time :] which is always needed because I'm usually not doing too great if I'm at the point of ordering a subway lol (got a deadline in 2 days, sub is keeping me going fr 🤙)
Amazing customer service when dealing with just eats mistake! I can not fault this subway in any way. We always order from this specific branch with no problems. Tonight just eat had failed to deliver 2 subway orders from a different store but when we ordered from the bridge centre branch and rang them to tell them what had happened they did everything they could do to get us our order. They even offered hand delivering the order to us as a last resort. However the order finally come through and it was still hot and packaged as normal. They also included some extras even though the mistakes were not made on there behalf.
Definitely will continue ordering and visiting this store!

Just received my order, which was delivered very quickly. Food was delicious and hot and especially loved the extra touch of the handwritten thank you notes inside which made me smile! Would highly recommend. :)
I love this Subway. The husband and wife team are amazing and so hard working, as are the other staff. So friendly! Also when you get Subway delivered from here they give you a free cookie! 5 stars.
Amazing place for food at anytime of the night. After a long and very stressful day at work, I ordered a Subway from the Bridge Centre Store at approximately 9pm (07/02/2020) on the Uber Eats app and was given a complimentary cookie. They don't offer a Oat & Raisin cookie (which they should as it's my favourite 🤪😉). It certainly put a smile on my face and was a great thing after a hard day a work. Just wanted to say, to whoever was on the closing shift at the store, a massive thank you for that. You're a star!
A few days ago I ordered a subway from this restaurant for delivery (thanks justeat) because I was feeling really upset and needed some cheering up. It seems the stars had aligned for me because I got a note saying they were adding a complimentary cookie for me. This could not have come at a more perfect time. I’m currently sitting in the store but they don’t know it’s me because I’m too nervous to go and thank them. If anyone is reading this though, thank you so much. You gave me faith that there are good people in the world and I’ve pinned the note up on my wall to remind me when times get tough. Thank you

Had a very good experience here I was severd by baba and he made me an excellent wrap with extra cheese just like I asked and made my nachos exactly how I like hygiene was spot on thank you baba
