My Cake and tea were top notch, staff were super friendly and the venue was great. I would recommend to anyone who loves a good coffee shop. One of the best in Portsmouth!!
I don't usually leave reviews, but today the staff provided excellent customer service so I had to!
I usually order a chai latte (which always tastes great), and the staff put my order through. However, the staff hadn't realised that there wasn't any chai in stock. Instead of simply asking me to order something else, they went the extra mile and offered to run down to the nearby shop to get some and a refund.
Long story short, definitely expect amazing drinks and amazing staff when you're here!
Harbour is always so lovely! They hand made me a special request sandwich because I didn't like a couple of ingredients in their ones. They're so hospitable, welcoming and the vibe in the coffee house is always so peaceful. Lovely staff, yummy food and a relaxing environment
