I have read a few reviews and do not agree with some. We visited Portsmouth last Thursday, 5th July, on a day out, and 1st stop was to get a drink and a bite to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee was excellent, as was the sandwich - thanks

Staff are outstanding here, always happy, hard working and happy to help! The store however is now showing a lot of wear and tear, several seats are completely unusable and just general age. The 'dine' in fee needs to fund more frequent cleans around the cafe/store as it is often dirty probably not enough staff recruited as the staff always work hard.

It's a Pret innit. Usual Pret-ness, staff are always friendly and well trained, coffee is good.
