Really helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. I went in for 1 item and, as usual, picked up several. An assistant spotted me juggling my walking stick and shopping and immediately offered to get me a basket. Had I stuck to my original plan, I'd have been OK but just couldn't resist some of the gluten free items.

We were going to have a coffee before we shopped . My wife got them and was trying to walk through the space between the tables A lady with a large wheelchair has parked in the alleyway. As she tried to get through to our table she tried to go sideways but caught her sleeve on the handle on scooter. The coffee went everywhere. All over the floor. My wife devastated .and in shock. The lady with scooter did not respond in any way. But the staff were fantastic. Saying its not your fault. And got us more coffee and also came back to make sure my wife was ok. And gave her a pkt of biscuits. We were really impressed with the way the staff responded. This the first time I have ever written in this way. Shows how grateful we were thankyou Mr ray Harris and Janet harris

This store seems to always have stock of its own Waitrose Peppermint Infusion. Whereas the Westbury Park store, which is within walking distance to me, always has the shelf for this product empty. My wife and I love to drink this tea after supper. But feel wrong opening and discarding the individually wrapped tea bags of all other peppermint tea brands. So it's ironic that I end up emitting unnecessary CO2 driving up to Portishead to avoid the waste of tea bag wrappings...
