Dropped in for Dinner after a days adventure at Zip World ..... we were hungry and needed a good hot meal... we weren't disappointed. The food was absolutely fantastic, the staff helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to eat in the evening. Amazing Welsh steaks and the homemade ice-cream was delicious...definitely going back.

After being badly let down by The Moorings at Borth-y-Gest. The Royal Sportsman Hotel saved our day. They accomodated 14 of us to celebrate a 40th Birthday at very short notice. Food was fantastic and nicely presented. Good service in a relaxed atmostphere. Would definately go again and fully recommend it.

Only been here twice and loved it. Staff are all lovely and the food and choice of food is excellent. Rooms are clean and spacious, bathroom a bit dated and hot water takes a little time to come through shower. But apart from that there are no other issues. Would recommend this to anyone.
