This restaurant is simply a revelation. You're walking along Ebrington street, minding your own business. Then suddenly out of the blue you see the traditional attire of a takeaway restaurant. Images of pizzas in the window. At first you might not be impressed. You may pass it off as just another takeaway. But look further. Past the picture of pizza you will see a wood fire oven. You will see a charismatic manager and pizziolas who would die before serving you a sub par slice. But enough about that. Let's get into it. The pizza comes out of the oven fresh smokey moist but not too moist, just right just nice. The base is undeniable. Crispy, slight tang, thicness so perfectly thin. A beautiful bass. A vehicle for good amounts of sauce and a plethora of toppings. Beautiful fresh mosserella. Classic topping combinations. Perhaps you will go for the boscaiola, featuring artichokes. Gods vegetable. Or the tripolana a caper straight from la mer. Finally what will we dip into next. Garlic or chilli. Both made excellently with the skill and taste of a true patrician. You will not get a better pizza anywhere else. I implore you to try this pizza. Eat the pizza. Go on have some pizza. Nah just kidding. Or am I. Shhh
My dad bought us home some Aroma Woodfired Pizza's we had the meat feast and the tandori chicken. They were absolutely delicious! The bases are handmade and tastier than other pizza providers as they are cooked in a wood fire. I would recommend these to everyone. Loved them!!!!
Great pizza at a good price. Owner is very nice and went out of his way to improve our experience. Highly recommend.
