Coming in late on a Thursday night and being the only customers you'd think the service was fast, which it was, along with a friendly service and a nice peaceful meal. So why the 4*? Wel it's simple, considering we were the only people here my burger felt rushed and it was quite grissley too. Otherwise everything else was spot on

Lovely meal with friends. Frankie’s has been here all through my childhood and it’s great food and experience. Had a lovely server called Beata who was nice and helpful. She was efficient in bringing food. She has been a long serving member and she was warm and friendly. Sad to see this restaurant and its staff go. Will be missed.

Just had a meal here and wow, what a place. I ordered something that wasn't even on the menu, and they made it for me with absolutely no fuss. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made sure we were enjoying our meal throughout the evening. The meal was absolutely delicious and so filling that I even managed to take home a doggy bag for later. The manager with the funky shirt was awesome and really friendly and was the person who sorted out the calzone that wasn't even on the menu. Great place can't wait to go back and eat there again 😃
