Let me be clear,my mum and I have Never been to a Japanese restaurant ever and now we have OMG what wonderful, faverful and colourful food we have been missing. The presentation of the dishes just made us want to dive in and slurp our noodles. The place was lovely. The staff were great and gave us some recommendations.Great place, great vibes fab food.Give it a go.
Good food but wouldn't say it is truly authentic. We ordered Chicken Ramen and Chicken Katsu Curry. While the chicken katsu is nice, rice noodles (pad thai noodles) was served in the chicken ramen instead of ramen noodles. I guess they should name it chicken noodle soup instead? Nonetheless, still tasted decent. The staffs are really lovely and friendly.
I recently visited a Japanese restaurant in a small city and was pleasantly surprised by the nice ambiance of the place. The decor was tasteful and created a relaxing atmosphere for a meal.
I tried the salmon and prawn tempura roll and the unagi roll. While the taste was reasonably good, the fish wasn't the freshest and the rice was slightly overcooked. This did take away from the overall experience, as fresh fish is a key component of Japanese cuisine.
Another issue was the price - the rolls were slightly overpriced for what they were, especially considering the freshness of the ingredients.
Overall, while the restaurant had a nice ambiance and the food was decent, the overcooked rice and lack of freshness in the fish were a bit of a letdown. Additionally, the slightly high prices made it hard to justify the cost for the quality of the food.
