Had afternoon tea there today: everything was homemade (even the bread), delicious, fresh and there was loads of it. Teapigs tea, tasty coffee and a really friendly service from the owner/baker. Wish I'd known about this place before as there's a big playroom at the back for the kids (we were without them today). Will definitely be back when next in Perth.

Had a wonderful afternoon here for my son and his friends birthday party. Food was delicious and Alison was very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend it here, always a lovely treat to visit

After being introduced to Sub Rosa by friends I returned today for a second time! It's a great little spot with delicious homemade food & friendly staff! What makes it a hot spot for me is plenty room for a pram & nice little spot for the kiddies to play too! I'll definitely be back!
