Great hotel with amazing staff! The rooms are really nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a problem with the room, talked with the staff about it and received a new room. We really liked our experience here, and the location is great, right next to the main street in the city center!

Located in the centre of Sundsvall. Easy access to the town. The hotel parking is very limited and costs SEK 225/day. Nearby parking lots but you have to pay wherever you park. The breakfast was ordinary. The room was clean and great.

This is a normal Swedish hotel of a better quality. You also have a small amount of candy and things to buy. A grocery store (ICA esplanad) is just some minute walk away. And several restaurants too. There was dust behind the curtain. The hotel didn’t seem to care about that, more than the usual, we send someone. But I had already checked out as it was the day after.
